The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden: A Botanical Art Showcase invites you to step into a world of hidden beauty, where artists celebrate the delicate intricacies of nature and explore the lush elegance of florals, foliage, and verdant landscapes. Inspired by the mystery and wonder of a secluded garden, each piece offers a glimpse into nature’s quiet magic, waiting to be discovered. This is a juried show with cash awards given.

Sketch Day
April 20 - May 2
Sketch Day is a day for high school students to devote a day to making art in Jefferson City. Students use a school day to focus on their art around town, drawing attention to architecture and the great art education in our community.

Adult Fine Art Show
May 7 - June 6
The Adult Fine Art Exhibit began in 1951 and is an exhibit for professional and amateur artists, in their respective divisions, to compete and showcase their art. The largest exhibit of the year, shown at the Capital Arts Gallery.

NOTE: THIS IS A JURIED SHOW. SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DUE BY MAY 1st; ARTIST WILL BE NOTIFIED BY MAY 20 IF THEIR ARTWORK HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
