Description:  Tiger Spirit Art Scarves

Another year, another season of MU sports...tired of the same fan apparel?  Then give a thought to a unique, one-of-a-kind, 100% silk art scarf created with an age-old Japanese technique of surface design called shibori - the art of folding, wrapping, pleating, and dyeing fabric to create patterns.  Not found on the retail market and in limited production, this tiger stripe motif is individually produced by the artist using color variations of traditional MU black and gold.  No two scarves are ever alike! From marigold to old gold, these subtle spirit scarves are a classic addition to any wardrobe, from pocket scarves to numerous lengths and sizes. Most recently, MU Head Basketball Coach, as well as Asst. Head Coach & wife, wore these scarves throughout the ’08-’09 basketball season into the Final Four.  The strong appeal of this art scarf is it easily transitions from an athletic event to the office or to a social event subtly stating your support for MU and also make an excellent gift.  Be ready to turn heads and gain attention every time you wear this Tiger Spirit art scarf - you will never tire of the compliments you receive!
